A handbuilt birch cart, a La Marzocco, house-made syrups, and baristas who love a busy lobby. We roll in, set up in under an hour, and serve café-level drinks at your office, launch, or celebration.
The cart
Everything we serve is built from scratch on a cart we built from scratch. Our vanilla bean, date, and matcha syrups are made in house, the lemonade is pressed that morning, and every shot is dialed in on site. All we need is a standard outlet and about six feet of floor.
How it works
Before
The cart arrives on its own wheels, sets up in under an hour, and runs off one standard outlet. No kitchen access or water hookup needed.
During
Dialed-in espresso and silky milk. Two baristas keep the line moving at 80+ drinks an hour and still remember names.
After
When the last cup is poured we break down, wipe down, and roll out. All that's left is a happy, well caffeinated room.
Office lobbies, launch parties, wedding mornings, holiday open houses. The cart rolls in and the space does the rest.
